1 Cancellation Policy

  2. Cancellation requests submitted beyond 10 business days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for cancellation.

2 Refund Policy

  1. We make every effort to ensure that our clients receive high-quality services.
  2. If a client is not fully satisfied with the product or service received, a refund may be processed after internal review.
  3. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used during the transaction. In case of payments made via online payment gateways, the refund will be initiated to the same originating account.
  4. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees. Once approved, the refunded amount will typically reflect in your account within 8–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
